RETURN AND REFUND

At Dessertvala, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality desserts made with care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and refund policy is limited.

WE OFFER A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING CASES : 

  •  Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Change of mind or taste preference

  • Product partially or fully consumed

  • Improper storage after delivery

All products sold by Dessertvala are perishable food items.We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Product damaged during delivery

  • Product received in spoiled or stale condition

  • Missing item(s) from the order

To be eligible for a replacement or refund Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

To process your request, please share:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Brief description of the issue

Once your request is approved, we will provide a replacement of the product in question or  store credit of the same amount 

Non-Eligible CasesRefunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:
