Dev Dhanda is a classically trained pastry chef, with an impeccable understanding of both French and American desserts. He started his pastry journey as a hobby at a tender age of 12 and continued to pursue it during his college years by attending IHM Mumbai part time while pursuing his BCom from Jai Hind Mumbai.
A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, New York, Dhanda after successfully completing his AOS in Pastry Arts, trained extensively in several award winning restaurants in New York City such as Union Square Cafe , North End Grill. He has also worked for award winning chefs, setting pastry departments of new restaurants. Dev has been a part of events such as the Food and Wine Festival and has also cooked at the famed James Beard House in New York City.
